Maybe they hold the Super Bowl where Miley headlines a future halftime show in a stadium that is planned to be demolished, because she could start this right away with Wrecking Ball...

On a serious note, Wrecking Ball, Nothing Breaks Like A Heart, Flowers and Midnight Sky would eat.

And she could perform a great duet with a special guest or cover a song. She rarely misses on her cover songs.

If not, then I think a big ole Y2K pop extravaganza could be fun. Backstreet Boys, Christina Aguilera or Britney if she wants it (not N*Sync because Justin is lame), etc etc. Hell, BSB appeared in two different Super Bowl commercials this year, I think it could be amusing to the audience

Hear me out: Miley Cyrus and Hilary Duff

Hilary's gonna be touring with a new album over the next year, and 2027 is ESPN/Disney's first Superbowl. Bringing back two millennial Disney icons would be really fun and they both have hits in their catalogues (Hilary's are admittedly older, but she had several - Come Clean, So Yesterday, What Dreams are Made Of, Why Not)

The only issue is that she doesn't really have stage presence  But that's what backup dancers and pyrotechnics are for

It doesn't necessarily have to be 50/50 like JLo and Shakira were... Miley headlining with a 5-minute Hilary medley would be perfect.
