For those wondering how to steam the actual ceremony (outside of the US), our only workaround was to use a ProtonVPN (other ones would probably work too), and have an HBO account. South America will steam it on HBO. We chose one of the Brazilian servers, and it works like a charm for everything they have been streaming so far, but the actual televised ceremony obviously hasn’t started yet.
