I'm gagged at Emma getting another nom but mostly deserved, I think Plemons was kinda robbed, his acting was amazing, and the 2nd man his friend could've had a supporting nom... gagggg @ Elordi being Oscar nominated, happy for him. my sexy man. Shook at Kate Hudson being nominated, happy for her. Golden will win the Oscar and it deserves it I think Best Picture is between Marty and One Battle... but rooting for Bugonia and Sinners I think Wicked was robbed a little... it deserved a Best Costume Design nomination or Best Makeup and Hairstyling. The 2nd act of the musical which the film is based on has always been criticised by the musical theatre community so I don't know why folks expected the film of the 2nd act to suddenly do better. Anderson123 41,025 Posted January 22 Share Posted January 22 The movie could’ve been nominated this year for Production Design, Costume Design and maybe Sound but they obviously seem to be giving priority to new movies. (As it should) I’m surprised F1 got into Best Picture instead of Avatar 3 when Avatar 2 got nominated in it’s respective year and seems to be just as big. Wicked 2 would’ve gotten more attention if it came 2-3 years after the first one because it seems like sequels coming this fast don’t have that much hype. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
