And they peaked around 2022/23 with the first post covid tours. 

Jessie Ware has continued to put out disco music as well since then.  Sabrina Carpenter's Espresso was a very modernised disco influenced track. Dua Lipa's 3rd album was disco-funk influenced in part. 

Its not gone away for 5 years. Its remained relevant in music in the intervening years.

Mayhem isn't a year old and in terms of GP impact, none of its disco tracks have landed. Its just nonsense to act as if it created a disco renaissance.

I love the old school disco anthems from around the peak of disco when everything was all guitars and drums and bells and R&B vocals and catchy tunes. This is where I hope Gaga goes next (although Giorgio’s music is a bit more dance fuelled but still)
