This is my opinion only . But Lagos is a safe place for concerts . Lagos is such a musical city. I swear a Lagos date would be legendary I can already imagine Burna Boy attending and hyping gaga up . Cape Town is also safe . It’s only the racists who moved to Australia who’re afraid . India is a ginormous market . A Mumbai concert would be packed . Flights are truly low cost there so fans can fly to BOM. Delhi has unhealthy air so I imagine that’s a no .

I'm confused at everyone being so sure that she will tour next year and that there's no way she will tour this year. Didn't she always plan to start the tour a few months after the album was released?

Joanne came out end of October. Tour was announced right after the Super Bowl performance (right? Am I forgetting this). That’s early Feb.

Chromatica was impacted by COVID.

I think Coachella will be massive and the tour will be announced right after for this summer and fall. If we all knew when she was coming to our area, we may wait to see her. I think they’re hoping all the Monsters travel to the desert for Mayhem first.

They gave no time for her fans for Mexico or Singapore so yes, it’s possible

honestly? and i mean this with no disrespect or sarcasm... save as much as you can! tickets being sold online has democratized things so much, but unfortunately with tech there is so much more room for corruption--bots, corporations buying up the tickets, "gatekeepy" bullscheiße behavior. this only drives up competition for tickets and therefore increases the price if dynamic pricing is in play, and of course when it comes to resale value.

i also personally feel that the chromatica rollout flop kind of benefitted us LMs. gaga didn't seem to be as commercially popular and in the general zeitgeist as she is now, which was good for us because getting tickets didn't feel competitive at all.  once the rescheduled tour dates got added cities, i had no trouble getting close floor seats (2nd grouping away from stage) well after they went on sale, for a "reasonable" price ($350ish each USD) at ticket price vs. resale price. but due to gaga's heightened exposure this time around and imo elevated commercial popularity, i think more casual fans and non-LMs will be scrambling for tix this time around, especially with the potentially looming threat of her vanishing into motherhood after this era.

i recommend signing up for any sort of mailing lists you come across as info comes out regarding superfan presales, credit card advanced sales, etc. and jumping online early when sale goes live. 

i also recommend getting very close floor seats, and if not, just going for lower bowl, as the mid to back floor seats make it much harder to see with all the 6 foot tall gay monsters putting their paws up and jumping around in assless chaps and bdsm gear... it made it EXTREMELY difficult to see her tiny, short self on the stage.

True. And as ever, concerts are tertiary needs, not primary/basic like foods, clothing, healthcare and housing. AKA it's a luxury. It has always been.
Artists would usually announce tour not long after alboom announcement, and almost always sold out quickly,  including Gaga. So it's not that different than now. Except this time she doesn't quickly announce it, most likely because of her contract with Coachella. In this way she let her fans save up a little, but not so long. If tour is happening, she will most likely announce it after Coachella.
