Gorehound 4,436
Oh this was an absolute joy to watch!! Especially for a massive music nerd like me! It would be so good if she did this for every song on LG7 Also all the hints and random details on the album February could not come sooner! Also can I say that she looks so rejuvenated and at peace. Her youthful spirit is shining through again, and her outfit is stylish af! I'm fine, Ta 2 4
GAGA IS GROOVY 236
I'm not really interested in music production or the process of making a song but it was hard not to be charmed by how Gaga articulates herself in this interview. Her passion really shone here, or should I say her passion was... infectious..... ahem... disease. Mostly excited by her talking about LG7 and comparing it to a bunch of different people at a party with different preferences for music and tastes all interacting and hanging out. I can't wait to go to that party!!!
Kayi 2,142
I love this interview, she talk about the process of how she created LG7. She vibes on her own music and that's so cool, she's a chill girl fr. Also she confirms what I said previously about Disease. It's a song about her inner chaos. Her inner chaos is caused by her personal life pain but also by the way she forces herself to always serve the best of herself in work. Generally the antidote comes from the poison itself, and Gaga's antidote is her work but it's also the poison that makes her sick too. I remember that I said yesterday right before listening to this interview that this song is the best way to introduce LG7 themes. Also I theorised that maybe her next MV will features the same alter-egos, and give them a clearer meaning that LG7 will develop. I think that LG7 is a mix between the chaos and the cohesiveness, that's why she says it's a party. She said that she likes to listen to other ppl's music and LG7 will probably features amazing artists on it like Gesaffelstein or Peggy Gou. LG7 will sound very diverse sonically and infused by different collaborators visions. We could have some rock ballads and some funky songs. She said she sings in a whole new way on this album so it means that her vocals will be even more explorative than on "Born This Way" or "ARTPOP". Maybe she will do some opera on it who knows ? The cohesiveness is probably the way the songs communicate to each others. It sounds weird, it's my theory. For exemple, "Notorious Being" is about becoming famous and "Dance in the Shadow" is about the frustration of being associated to something that is artificial maybe, something like a celebrity persona, a dehumanised version of herself. I think it could be a way for her to maintain a certain cohesiveness to this party. I think that if she associate "Disease" as a good intro to LG7 experience bc of it's chaotic themes then, her songs communicate between each others. I think she could totally parody herself at some point. Her previous works were influenced by irony and post-modernism. I feel like with the huge Hyperpop trend, it would make a lot of sense to do that. She said it in her Vogue interview that she used to do artificial things like faking an English accent. LG7 seems to be a meta-reading of her own persona. When Micheal told her to use all of her cells, he probably meant that she should use her different persona to talk about personal things of her life. He meant that she should enjoy doing this album, having fun and not being afraid of referencing things she likes or artists that inspire her, bc that's her. The fact that she has an explanation for why she used every sound heard in the song is really interesting. Got me wondering even more why she's only playing accoustic versions of this song. Even the creation of the whole song started from Cirkut's production ideas Her smile at 14:45 is killing me she looks like a cutie Like she said her inspo comes any which way. I think this song just followed more the ARTPOP model

darkgaga 4,156
Does anyone know what this location is? It is the same room as the Disease live versions right? And here for an album title like Moments of Chaos or something like that

Anderson123 37,112
This was such a great interview and hope we get more of these in the future. This is what makes me love her music so much and to see her explain all of that with that passion is something I missed from her. Disease is everything I've been waiting to hear from Gaga since she started teasing ARTPOP. And even if this is the only song with that industrial dark vibe and the rest of LG7 sounds different from what she's teasing (that you think you know what you're getting into but you don't), it's just so great to see her this happy and involved in it. And don't get me wrong I absolutely love Chromatica and wouldn't change anything from it but Disease is what I thought the album would sound like based on the cover and the Paper Magazine photoshoot. 4

Shadow 6,537
There are so many layers to who Lady Gaga is and who Stefani is within. Music is a part of her inner being as the Rilke quote tattooed on her arm signals. When she talks about her music and what inspired each part of her songs, it's like we get a glimpse of her soul. I look forward to this Queen-esque song she referred to on LG7. I enjoyed her talk of projections as very human and relating to her value of herself as a person along with the true chaos inside. It's refreshing to see the depth of vitality in her work and the freedom to manifest a realm underneath the past projections through the music she has carefully planned and constructed with those she has worked with.
