It's very easy to miss that she is tied up on the unicorn as a prisoner. Also is it just me or does the entire born this way ball plot seem like a direct continuation of the born this way music video? The end of the btw video there are what looks like search lights and she's on the unicorn, the beginning of the Btwb is much like that... Yes! I noticed this. I wanted her to use the BTW video ( edited for the ball w the song cut out ) as an intro. Like a fairytale storybook, which would tie w the opening and w the castle. But nope no intro. This makes things a little clearer as to wtf is going on. I seem to recall not 5 days ago we were having this 'reason of being' of the BTWB tour discussion in some other thread the name of which escapes me. We were talking of our head-scratching moments and our interpretations of what it meant, and some of us didn't get it even after that. Who wants to bet her team or Gaga herself read our words and went, "Yeah, they have a point!" and then added that explanatory voice in the intro. Because the plot of TBTWB is much looser than the plot of TMB. And the lack of the gun at the end doesn't help either. They should listen to us more often. We often have some very valid points. Right? Anything to complain, I suppose. People will always whine and say they like the older whatever it is. Wait a minute, so the entire BTWB is her trying to escape GOAT? They captured her and in the beginning she's being escorted on the horse by the government to wherever she is being held. Then she puts on a show for one of the government heads of GOAT and kills him. Then she gives birth to her children who then try to invade Earth to create a better race? That's all I got.
