She did star in a lot of (mostly Dutch) movies, but she really impresses in theater. Seen her live a couple of times and she is so powerful and vulnerable, it's amazing to watch her. With all that under her belt, I can imagine she's an amazing director to work for as an actress. She's also very down to earth being Dutch, which I think Gaga can really benefit from as well. Halina has also expressed her love for Gaga as an actress before, so who knows. Seeing Halina and Nicole having such a close connection and her helping Nicole connect to her strengths as an actress is really cool to see. Another A24 director would be great too ofcourse. It's unconventional to be rooting for an artist to work with a studio rather than working with a director or writer but A24 is THAT girl.
