vertigostick 2,143
It’s kinda smashing on Shazam, which is usually a good sign for songs generating interest "Disease" on Shazam Charts WW 🌍 — 35. (+9) AU 🇦🇺 — 5. (+3) UK 🇬🇧 — 16. (+7) CA 🇨🇦 — 27. (+6) BR 🇧🇷 — 28. (+17) US 🇺🇸 — 30. (+6) FR 🇫🇷 — 103. (+35) I don’t think we’re done yet. Mr S 8,164
The song is definitely catchy and stuck in my head. Not sure if I'm bias due to being a stan. I feel like it SHOULD catch on, especially with a label push. 9

Selena put in the work back then and it did become a big hit. I hope Gaga can have the same.
KaanBTW 5,238
What is the reason for that 17 week number 1 song (have no idea what's the title, Bar Song?) staying number 1 for so long? Doubt it is sales or streams! Cause never saw that song rank 1 for US Spotify or something. Is it radio? or there are more things to effect Billboard chart besides radio sales and streams?

It is all a business at the end of the day. Given how ‘Instant’ and ‘Catchy’ Disease is, Interscope would definitely want this to be a hit. Let’s be more patient guys.
TEANUS 12,506
Idk if it’s been posted, but it’s pretty notable for tomorrow through Sunday that Disease is on the Apple Music main Halloween Party playlist! Caden 325
I think the chorus is not "generic" typical pop earwarm melody that the masses can love for it to became a hit. It's a bit more "agressive", even the way she sings it and the prechorus itself (very catchy) it's not enough. If you sing in your head the melody of any of her old successes you'll see what I mean. It's a great song for the fans, that's it.

It’s eerie and aggressive for sure, but many of her early hits had those same qualities British social ladies with upturned pinkies, glasses clinking // xoxoTEANUS 1
TSUNAMI 20,415
It's funny hiow people pressed about DWAS being a collab and being more successful on the charts yet when she had few albums without any collabs people were pressed about it and said she's not exposing herself to the younger audience. I think the only people pressed that she’s successful with collabs are the toxic “Stan war” Stans and the other fandoms. TEANUS 12,506
Disease MV almost at 4.3 million, nearing 500k in the first 6 hours of day 2, not bad while the Americas and Europe are asleep no?? Seems just about the same pace it was at 24 hours ago. Best hours for English speaking YouTube are during the work day 10 AM - 6 PM 3 million for the video on day 2 would be nice Edited October 31 by TEANUS British social ladies with upturned pinkies, glasses clinking // xoxoTEANUS

Lets hope radios surprise us and carry it I hope they push for variants and physicals asap
