This doesn't mean that anyone that came after her is less than her. Pop music is not a competition to me and a multitude of artists can operate at the same level. I'm not a Madonna fan anymore, but I would never call Gaga the queen of pop, cause Madonna to me perfectly personifies that title. It's a cute thing from back in the day, no need there's no need to continue to label everyone queen or princess or whatever.
