When the song was announced there was an article that said her team warned her about working with Dr Luke but she still wanted to and did it, so... deserved!

NRO was a succesful song though, top chart position is not everything.

I didn't say chart positions were everything. I wasn't discussing if NRO was good or bad either. I was only pointing out the fact that Katy who does care about chart positions made an announcement that NRO was no longer the lead single but only a buzz track because it failed to chart higher than 15 on the Hot 100.
