I get buying a physical variant because it has "collector" value. But re-purchasing an entire DIGITAL album for one new song on it? Oh excuse me, one VOICE MEMO not even a song?

Taylor lost all credibility of releasing variants for the fans. This is clearly a charts grab, and a petty one too.

The Tortured Poets Department is available in nine CD, six vinyl, and four cassette variants. Pretty much with each having a different track list. It’s utter bull$hit. At least Billie dropped the same album completely remixed in a cohesive matter.

Here's hoping she releases another. I wanted 4 new digital versions, but I'll settle for 3, and just purchase a couple more vinyls to make sure she keeps her hard-won record.

Edit: I know the Scottish gov has asked me nicely to think of the sea life and stop buying multiple vinyls , but c'mon, this is Taylor Swift we're talking about!!

What new content? How many times have you listened to the Cassandra voice memo recording?

If she was releasing actual new content instead of alternative versions of live vocals of songs on the standard, I'd probably feel differently. I truly do not know how or why anyone would purchase these.

Why would you buy a live vocal version when you can find that live vocal version of Paris performance on YouTube?
