I googled it some more, apparently from known tomb raiders  This same guy presented this alien before. It turned out to be a mummy of a Peruvian child, the head was elongate likely due to a religious practice at the time with the three fingers and toes being fake. 

 

That's so sad that the body of this child who lived so long ago is being used by scam artists as an alien
