These pills do work but you can avoid expensive brands and just take the best ingredient instead; psyllium husk.  I take one every day and it means I tend to poop once in the morning and that’s it, it does make any fun back there a lot easier to do.  If I’m going out for the evening drinking or on a date, I’ll douche and then pop an extra pill before going out and you’ll be clean until the next morning

Take it/drink it everyday as fibre supplement. You will have regular bowel movement each morning in the non uncomfortable way. It came in pills and powder form 👍👍

You take it daily with food, and it gives you really regular/firm bowel movements that leave behind minimal residue. As long as you’ve gone #2 for the day beforehand, there’s not much you need to do prior to intimacy
