They announced their breakup almost 8 years after their previous album, and followed that with the creation of official social media pages. Now they're reissuing Random Access Memories 10th anniversary with tracks that were already available. I just don't get the point, except to make money. Prior to their breakup, they were extremely reclusive, with almost no social media presence. People had assumed they were broken up. Now they're "back" post-breakup, but with merch to sell It's been a real rollercoaster, as a fan for 20-something years. Which follows Jay Z saying "Bey’s gonna be mad at this... this but MJ never had a Coachella" as if he meant Bey reached something MJ never could despite Beychella actually being very little compared to MJ's scenic achievements... There are many opinions that seem crazy to me that would be fiercely defended by armies of stans, medias or industry big names...
