Meat 18,960
“Carolina” was Taylor Swift’s first song to be shortlisted for an Oscar but it unfortunately didn’t translate into a nomination. This is Taylor’s 7th project to be ignored by The Academy. AkariGaga 1,067
Who would seriously nominate songs from Fifty shades or Cats?? And I have never heard other songs.
Levine 18,343
None of those HORROR deserved a nom, so it was all right. She can try to fool spotify numbers, but Holliwood said NOPE.

HIM820 1,594
If Gaga or Rihanna weren't both in the running this year, Taylor probably would have gotten the nomination. Historically they do not like to nominate more than two mainstream artists, especially pop queens. The movie also had no other possible nominations, so it's not being talked about much other than the song. That never helps.

I meant none of these: "Today Was A Fairytale” Valentines Day (2010) “Safe & Sound” The Hunger Games (2012) “Sweeter Than Fiction” One Chance (2013) “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” Fifty Shades Darker (2017) “Beautiful Ghosts” Cats (2019) ”All Too Well” Short film (2022) deserved to be nominated, lmao and that's why she didn't get them
