I'm not even gonna comment on those daily radio charts because they're not based on people's votes which is why you never hear the #1 song stay atop the chart for more than a day. People's music taste doesn't change from one day to another, look at the Spotify daily charts for crying out loud. Or iTunes for that matter. 

The reason they don't count the votes from the listeners in these daily charts is pure and simple: they don't want the same songs play at the same time they were played the day before because it'll turn off the casual listener who is driving in his car and hearing the same song at 3.53 pm that he heard the day before at 3.53 pm. 

But there's an official weekly airplay chart where it peaked at #2, so go go Gaga 

PS. you do know there's an official singles chart in Poland, right? Based on streaming and Gaga's Bloody Mary has peaked at #15 (#10 if you count Billboard's Poland Songs that also includes sales).

OLIS - Singles. Based on streaming.

Billboard Poland Songs - Based on streaming and sales.

OLIA - The official Airplay chart based on AI, not spins.
