I did the french wiki and others added it was electropop and electro-industrial. The Spanish one says the same.

I saw some US critic calling it dark electropop with gothic flourishes and I think it's quite fitting.

TBH The most obvious genre I hear is dubstep, although I can hear the gothic and industrial aspects too.
