EDIT: I'm now seeing many discussions online that dynamic was in fact not on, there was just a difference in price between the sales. Verified fan was cheaper than Capital One which is apparently common. Dynamic pricing is seats changing price in real time as surrounding seats are bought which was apparently not happening.

Well they weren’t bullying her or throwing shade, really. They just were under the impression, as many were, that she was using dynamic pricing. There were a lot of conflicting reports on that so their belief of it was not a shady one and they were right in the criticisms of the practice.
