Lona Delery 7,213
multiple times for Lana & last time for Rina. it's an amazing experience - its either front row or seats for me Sometimes it feels like I've got a war in my mind, I wanna get off but I keep riding the ride
Demoncore 475
I love being at the barricades! I was front row for Brockhampton one year and it was exhilarating. Kevin Abstract locked eyes with me at the end of BOOGIE and we were singing the ad libs to one another. I also have seen a smaller artist I really like by the name of Yeek at a festival—I ended up making my way up to the barricades and got to snap a picture with them at the end of their set. desnorteio 107
Front row at artRave in Lisbon. It was a good experience overall, but some fans don't know how to behave and blame it on "emotion" they were feeling 😂
TheBadRomancer 995
Barricade business is the BEST, but sooo stressful at the same time. For Gaga I've done barricade at the Monster Ball 2.0, BTW Ball, Sydney Monster Hall, Artrave, Joanne, and ALMOST Chromatica (ugh). I've also done barricade for most Iggy Azalea shows I've been to, Marina & the Diamonds, the MTV Movie Awards, and VMAs. oh & there wasn't a barricade, but I was at the stage when Gaga sang You and I and Million Reasons during the ASIB filming. LadyEnigma 1,126
never at a big show but at a few rock shows like Lynyrd Skynyrd and Nonpoint, I was front row and it was a blast.
Frost 43
Only at music festivals for artists that weren't as popular. What did it take to be front row at TCB? Obviously the tickets were expensive, but how long did people wait? What if you had to pee? Did people sit? I can't imagine the dedication it must take and the exhaustion by the time the show finally starts.

Believe me, people who work there know it's a big concert that brings thousands of people. They put barriers around the queue beforehand. They put portable toilets on the side of the queue. There were even people selling snacks and drinks, they weren't affiliated to the venue but they knew it would get popular obviously. And of course you can sit while you're waiting, actually it's not until the last hour that the queue is getting crammed to the point that you have to stand up. But the whole day, everyone was sitting. And you don't have to stay in the same spot all day, you can get out a bit to go to the toilet, walk a bit, see what's going on in the rest of the queue... I regularly left my spot to go see other people that I'd met at different parts of the queue. Where I was, there was someone writing numbers on people's hand to keep track on their spot in the queue. But even without that, people around you remember you and they're not going to be mean and pretend you weren't here before when you come back to your spot. Just don't leave at 8am to come back at 5pm, it doesn't work like that, but you can take a lot of breaks. The only GGD member who can read / Credits to Celloo Deng for the profile pic!
