For me, Telephone holds a lot of nostalgia, but Gaga is her best when she's solo, imo.

Just Dance

Telephone

Shallow 

Sour Candy

Out of these, in terms of collaboration, I pick Shallow because the others I think could be just as good as solo but Shallow gains the most out of being a collab

My favourite is Kendrick Lamar (should have been released, would have smashed and catapulted Gaga to a completely new level and audience at the time she was scrutinised most)
