So sad.  She need someone she trusts to rescue her.  It's a shame if a close friend doesn't point her in the right direction.

Thing is, she would probably still have youtube viewers even if she didn't look near death, like an abused skeleton. Getting some food, nutrition and a healthier relationship with food should increase viewers. She could help so many people if she chose to get healthy and made content about that, in my opinion. Also, there are so many other jobs in the economy, this content creator gig isn't worth dying for.
