Yeah, and I've shared some of my own experiences on this site but that doesn't mean any of you are entitled to my stories or what I did or didn't do to resolve problems.

I PROMISE I'm not trying to come off as bitchy but my brain is running on fumes so excuse my rudeness :toofunny:

I don't think it's rude, and I don't really disagree. But I would still like to know that something is done about it, cause it's pretty serious

I mean...what do y'all want? For some drama to pop off and Gaga to see stans making a mess then immediately log into Twitter and be like "Hey, Little Monsters! I fired Richy! See you at the #ChromaticaBall #Xoxo"? :laughga:

This, exactly!

I'm sure if and when Richy is let go Gaga isn't going to make some big statement about it. She isn't going to handle this over social media or the press and anyone expecting that is out of their mind lol

address what ? couple of screenshots that we don't know if it's real or not ? if there is a victim and he didn't say anything about the misconduct publicly then it's not right thing for gaga to speak on it publicly too

… half of her team quit due to toxic work environment. This is the woman who preaches kindness. She needs to standby what she preaches. People have said things publicly so Gaga should address it.

There can be an investigation going on... There's no way she's chill with all of this with many of her dancers/friends being involved and the severity of the situation...

I just can't believe some people think she's ok with this when she's suffered from bullying and SA herself. We have to trust her and her team and give them some time to address the situation and make the right decisions

Setting aside the sexual assault allegations, a member of the Haus has been accused of creating a toxic work environment and being mentally abusive by several Haus employees.

Another dancer came forward today, saying he "abused her," "embarrassed her," and "made her feel terrible in the work place."

Gaga is the founder of a mental health charity. Her foundation has a downloadable guide to Kindness In The Work Place. :toofunny:

https://bornthisway.foundation/research/kindness-in-the-workplace/

We have to allow her team time to deal with these accusations privately, but not addressing the issue publicly would be irresponsible and hypocritical. The accusations have been made publicly, they require public accountability.

I do think it needs to be addressed, but I think you are grouping a few things together incorrectly.

Half her team did not quit. It's not like they one day just all banded together and walked out. While a lot of her OG dancers have come forward saying they aren't on the Chromatica Ball tour, not all of them are saying it's because of this.

- A handful have made claims that they suffered abuse from Richy and therefore will not be returning.
- Others have said they were never asked back, but also suffered from Richy in the past.
- Others have made 0 claims, but have said they won't be part of the tour -- but they also have been in and out of Gaga's tours, shows, etc in the past and could be completely unrelated. For example, some OGs never did Enigma, therefore there was no reason to believe they would do the Chromatica Ball.

My biggest fear right now is that she takes Richy's side :ohno:

Obviously he will have some type of defense / denial to save his career and reputation. He's been her close friend for SO long. Her siding with him seems very likely and it would honestly crush me a little bit to see her supposed values thrown out.

I do have faith in her to do the right thing but I can't help it, I'm worried.

Spoiler

At the least, I fear even if he no longer works with her, they will remain friends. :selena:

my comment is about the sexual misconduct ... Gaga shouldn't talk about it if the alleged victim isn't ready to discuss it

and about the toxic work environment I hope she gonna address it eventually, maybe there is an internal investigation  and Gaga is waiting for the final report to make a statement about it ... it takes time

Some of you are incredibly blood thirsty and seem a little too excited to denounce Gaga for the actions of a man, especially after every alleged victim has made a point of NOT BLAMING HER :partysick:

The call for her to "address it", imo, is just the same entitled stan behavior that wants her to post every time she has a thought or writes a song or farts after eating leftover Italian. It's literally none of our business. We are not involved and we're not owed an explanation  :rip:

Yeah, I think it's weird that she mentioned the mental abuse bit publicly. Seems like an allegation to make as an employee, not as someone who's moved on, but maybe she got caught up in how quickly her story gained traction and how the other dancers and stans jumped on so fast. Idk. It's her story and I suppose she has a right to share it.

I dunno I think this runs deeper than just entitled stan behaviour. People aren't demanding to know what the setlist is, they're demanding consequences for sh*tty and potentially criminal behaviour. Especially in the current political and social climate with SCOTUS taking away people's rights and the whole MAGA crowd thus far not seeing consequences. People's names get tarnished by association to abusers unless you're able to do the right thing and distance yourself i.e. Cassidy Hutchinson.

Tbh, Gaga technically already has spoken on sexual assault with Til It Happens To You and bringing survivors on stage, so we know where her values lie but people (the general public especially) will see that as performative and a bit disingenuous if she's perceived to have taken the side of an abuser.

I agree with you that it sucks that this sh*t always rolls up the hill to the person at the top but that's part and parcel of the position Gaga holds within the company and companies of that scope WILL have procedures in place for this exact situation. So, I don't doubt Gaga is doing something behind the scenes but I think the problem lies in the public perception.

Montana chose to speak publicly about it, Gaga is choosing to handle it privately. Both are respectable approaches and both will have inherent misperceptions. It's a sort of "damned if you do, damned if you don't" situation.

The only reason I can think as to why the dancers went public is because they felt like they exhausted every other avenue first. Because let's face it, if this was nipped in the bud it wouldn't have made the light of day.

I can’t help but feel a bit disappointed that this was allowed to go on, and for so long, under Gaga’s Haus and watch.

While I understand Gaga can’t have her eyes everywhere, and perhaps no one brought this to her directly, it is shocking. For someone who has been abused, gone through trauma, and is a mental health advocate, it is shocking.

This needs swift action and resolution. As Gaga has stood on that stage countless times praising all these dancers as family that have been together over a decade, and now that family is torn apart.

What a sad time for the Haus of Gaga.
