I can’t guarantee it’ll be easy but here’s what I do in General Admission shows. Buy two drinks that don’t have lids, a cup of water is okay. You hold a lid-less drink in each hand and politely excuse yourself as you walk into the crowd. People will assume you are meeting someone deeper in and they will move to the side since they do not want you to spill your drinks on them.
