Before COVID I used to call Ticketmaster fan support and exchange tickets through the phone. I did this with so many concerts. It’s Amazing! It’s sad that it’s only trough Email now.

Another tip is that the day of mostly all concerts, Ticketmaster releases more tickets and the best seats! I’ve been able to bee so close to the stage in many shows because of this.
