I think you have to go in your settings, select app management, select Ticketmaster, select system usage, and it should give you the option to uninstall, clear data, cache, etc. Clear cache and data as well for good measure, then try logging in through the app again. Usually when it stays on the loading screen on the app after loghing in, i just go back and it logs me in.
