I think Ticketmaster sends this for every show they sell tickets for, just in case. I don't think it refers specifically to Chromatica Ball. Also my friend from Germany told me they currently don't have any covid measures (except masks in public transport) and she thinks there will be no measures until fall at least. No worries. EDIT: I think she also told me that you officially need covid passports to enter events like big concerts, but it's up to organizers and venue to decide if they will really require proof of vax or negative test.
