This Russian stock ETF is down over 21% today with the news of this attack. When I saw the graphic showing Russian troops deployed in Belaruse , surrounding Ukraine, I wondered what Putin could possibly benefit from this.Ā Why can't we just get along, and leave the borders of the old Soviet block countries where they are. This war will not advance civilization, imo. He must be bored. I really don't know what's going on over there militarily or economically. A second or thirdĀ front might give him something to think about, could beĀ cyber, economic, or a different geographic uprising.
