No one is signing her up for anything!  Madonna is just saying it would be a cool thing to do. Even Madonna is no where near close to announcing a tour in the near future anyway, she’s still working on new music and appears to be in no rush. She was simply answering a question as to whether she would ever do a world tour again and she basically threw it out that it would be fun to tour with Britney. I’m sure Britney loves the compliment.

This is a person who shamelessly using BTW to drag Gaga on her tour. And Madonna is a smart business woman on top of that. 

Let's not act like Madonna hasn't been there for Britney for years, because she has been. They've been friends for two decades, have worked together a few times now, and have maintained a relationship through all of Britney's struggles whereas many of her other celebrity "friends" jumped ship when the going got tough. She was even one of the people who helped get the lawyer who eventually freed Britney onto the case to start with.

She didn’t pay for him, no. But she was one of many (not her alone, there were several people involved) who helped them get in contact.
