The difference between celebs and most normal people is that they can risk losing money (their investment). Celebs also have the clout to promote them. So, with Paris mentioning her NFT's on air, their price will lilely rise. She can sell a bunch of her NFT's afterwards when the price is at a high point, only for the price to go down afterwards.
