I don't think Olivia's calling it a 'World' tour at all, just the 'SOUR Tour'. I'm actually surprised she's going to Europe at all and isn't just doing a US tour. And, in terms of the US dates, why do her and so many artists fail to realize that Florida is the 3rd most populous state in the US? So many artist have been skipping it lately.
