Ok, it looks like next to no one does. Westfield likely owns it. It would be cool if someone were to do a freedom of information act on it perhaps or something

 

From this thread, it says security was knocking phones out of people's hands and also the one video that did escape got deleted. 

A far cry from the westfield event this year.
