For one it just feels so unnecessary, in a real life drama like this, for a side-character to be drowning in prosthetics, why not just get someone older to play him. LaLa 18,569 Posted November 29, 2021 Share Posted November 29, 2021 Jared's performance in the movie really worked for me, I though he did a great job (which was surprising because when I first saw the set leaks of his whole get-up I just about died), but I totally get why it doesn't work for a lot of people. It's a love it or hate it kind of thing. As for Tom Ford, also completely understand him being put off. He's basically the only person who was there and lived this story that we've heard from -- most people are dead or are living private lives. Like, "it doesn't matter if you didn't like her acting cause she's married to a powerful man" OR "she's in the movie cause she married to the man who is the CEO of the company that owns Gucci".
