It was only the fourth fully spanish-language album to chart within the top5 of that chart, after Shakira's Fijación Oral, Maná's Amar Es Combatir and his own YHLQMDLG, which peaked at #2 seven months before. The album received 85M spotify streams during its first day, and its songs occupiped the whole top 8 spots of the charts, and 9 spots of the top10. The album's lead single Dákiti, a collaboration with Jhay Cortez, was released on October 30 and quickly became one of the biggest songs of the year and arguable the biggest spanish language of the latest years. It was the first spanish-language to top the Spotify global chart and received over 10M streams on the album release day. It currently has over 1100 million streams on the platform. Its music video has receiver 965M views so far. The duet with Rosalía La Noche de Anoche also became a big hit, even before it was promoted as a single. It peaked at #2 on the global spotify chart, #1 on the official spanish chart and #7 on Billboard's Global 200. It peaked at #53 on the Hot 100 and charted for 20 weeks. LNDA has 575M spotify streams and 610M on YouTube. Bad Bunny and Rosalía performed it on SNL for the first and only time together. El Último Tour del Mundo received a total of four nominations at this year's Latin Grammy Awards (including AOTY) and won in two of them (Best Urban Album and Best Rap song for Booker T).
