The thing Billie doesn’t realize is those 46 million turkeys (that feed a lot of starving, suffering humans, btw) would never exist in the first place if they weren’t raised for food. In fact, they would likely be extinct if humans didn’t eat them. Look at the American Buffalo… they used to be all over the place, but humans don’t really need them anymore, so they’re endangered.
