Also this one was aged horribly the moment it came out, do not come for me y'all know I'm right :ally:

I hated it, but somehow I stan it now.

I prefer the live version

I just can't understand how some people can listen to Every Breath You Take in 2021 like come on now, it's literally about stalking, super creepy :wtf:

I don't hate it, I just think it sounds like an outdated Eurovision song that MAYBE came in the 6-7th place or something :huntyga:

YOUR GOD IS NOT HERE MICHAEL NOR WILL HE EVER BE

in terms of problematic songs with language that is considered more offensive, or now offensive...

*Born this Way (I love it, but the 'orient' is ...not good).

*That Destiny Child track which is basically all about slut shaming

*Pink's Stupid Girl

*Ghetto Baby by Cheryl (lord, she'd be cancelled nowadays).

*Ur so Gay by Katy Perry

In terms of the sound (by popular pop girls)...

*some of the tracks on the Fame

*some of the tracks on California Gurls

*S & M by Rihanna (love the song, but the production sounds dated)

That's funny, I was thinking about that yesterday while listening to Destiny's Child's Bug A Boo... The chorus aged like milk:

"You make me wanna throw my pager out the window, tell MCI to cut the phone poles"

"I wanna put your number on the call block, have AOL make my email stop"

All these outdated technological references, this song could only live in the late 90s/early 2000s :ladyhaha:

It’s so good how dated it is though :ladyhaha:

I'd say the songs from artists like Usher, Taio Cruz, Flo Rida etc. They all had this kinda similar sound that aged horribly

Plastique Doll is a great song but All About That Bass is something that was released in the 50s/60s (sounds like is the case) and the universe just couldn't handle at the time and just projected it into the future so we would suffer now.

You mean this one?

You can tell this one came out of 2008, I don't mean it in a bad way. The Elusive Chanteuse did that.

They shipped it, but it got shipped back

Exactly, the 2008 - 2010 sound is definitely dated
