He was the one who broke that Netflix was up in arms about Blonde being so explicit and that the director refused to change it. He also (correctly) described Spencer as being sort of like Shiva Baby, that KStew would get accolades and might even win an Oscar, etc....and this was back when people (even critics who love KStew) were kind of iffy on the casting. I've seen people who work for Variety, THR, etc. tweet his site.... Basically, the dude who runs the site has a solid track record of being correct and is considered very credible. However, early cuts are traditionally quite long, and filmmakers use test screenings to know where they need to tighten the rhythm. I’d bet the film will be around 2 h 15 in the end, 2 h 30 tops. I know a movie will never gets everybody of the audience on board but I hope that the 'ridiculous' accent indeed works. But tbh I'd think that the exaggerated accent will be seen as an 'easy' or 'not spot on' trick and reduces her chance of an Oscar. But hey, that's just what I'm predicting without seeing the movie.
