An album that dissapointed you?

FanMail by TLC. The only song that stands out to me is No Scrubs, Unpretty and Dear Lie are cute too and the promo singles are listenable but the rest is boring, uninspired fluff/filler. Such a letdown from the greatness that is CrazySexyCool

Idk, I just feel like the most of the songs on Evermore were the rejected tracks from Folklore. They had a similar feel but just had less of an impact, on me personally, than Folklore. Loved more than half of that album.

Taylor Swift - Folklore and Evermore (Love Taylor but I’m not a fan of folk)

Drones by Muse. I used to be a huge fan but that album felt uninspired except for like three tracks, and the live show I went to for it felt the same. 

 

Also, I was slightly disappointed by Chromatica on my first listen. Mainly because I had built a different expectation for it in my mind, but it took me seconds to realize that the album was good the way it was.

High Road by Kesha, I liked Rainbow album, but this is not the Kesha I like. Well, only Big Bad Wolf is good from this album (Japanese version)

Katy Perry’s Witness. While I respect her slight change in musical direction, the only song that I can actually stand to listen to is Chained To The Rhythm. 
 

Oh and Smile.  I don’t know if it was Katy’s idea or a producers idea to be like let’s take a bunch of already released standalone singles, create like 2 more songs a call it an album. Lazy.

I’m gonna say it; Ariana’s last few albums have really disappointed me. “Sweetener”, “thank u, next” and “Positions”. The only songs I have liked from those albums on Spotify are the singles.
