What do you think the HOG plot structure will be?

I would like it to be somewhat similar to Titanic, where the opening and ending is present time (her in jail interview for example), but quickly go into the past, there might be few cuts between past and present in the 2nd/3rd but not too much that makes you annoyed, so the past is the clear main focus.

I think the trailer we saw today is actually only showing half of the story they are going to tell the other part being the trial and everything that happened after the assasination. So, yeah, I think it's probably going to be the way you are saying, though it's kinda predictable, it's the most fitting choice.

Yes, but I do hope the past is the main focus, at least 2/3 the screen time.
