I don't know if that can happen without Israel being oppresive and Palestine being defensive, but I think that's a pragmatic idea that I can come up with

Yeah, neither should have control over the city. No Israeli government no Palestinian government

@alsemanche could u please tell me how do you envision a solution for both parties? I’m having trouble understanding if you defend that Israel should be extinguished (and so there is anti Zionism) or if you believe both countries could exist, but giving Palestine the land that is being stolen. No hate to me pls

I am not Palestinian myself so I don't believe it's up to me to say what the solution is. It's up to the Palestinian people, first and foremost.

What I know, however, is that a complete decolonization should be put into effect, and this is what we are witnessing with every Palestinian uprising. Palestinians have right to their land that was taken away from them, every last kilometer of it, and I don't think that should be even up for debate. What happens after that is not clear, but I believe that Israelis have no right to that land and it doesn't belong to them in any way. I don't care what antiquated book says. They casually migrated to Palestine from Europe and from the rest of the world and decided that this land is theirs (with the support of superpowers, obviously). Maybe they should have thought of what could happen when the land they colonized gets liberated before coming here. I am more preoccupied with liberating Palestine and giving it back to its indigenous people than with the fate of Israelis who can travel anywhere as soon as one missile is shot (and then shot down by their defenses) in their direction. A two-state "solution" is not valid because it's an affirmation of the colonial project and will almost certainly lead to more Zionist expansionism and more ethnic cleansing, especially that Israel has not abided by UN laws and has illegal settlements.

Honestly, embracing both sides is like saying all lives matter. Palestine has been effed over by Israel the settler colony.

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

Jordan has been witnessing a big popular movement in support of Palestine since morning, with people chanting against the normalization of relations with Israel. Now, Jordanians (including Palestinian refugees) have broken through the borders between them and Palestine and entered the West Bank to support the Palestinians. This is amazing. I believe they are being attacked with teargas in the video.

Trump literally banned certain Islamic citizens from entering the US and you think he would’ve supported Palestine?

Honestly I'm proud af but also terrified :bradley: Our last war with Israel was horrible, but at the same time I'm all for militant decolonization
