If i understood correctly, the U.S. vetoed holding a special assembly or whatever they call to discuss what's happening. Biden also (unsurprisingly) supported Israel's right to "self defense" and the UN said they could possibly hold an assembly next week. They give 0 f*cks but are we really surprised?

I really think we could pressure Israel and Palestine through all other governments and UN by doing many and repetitive demonstrations  in order to bring peace to both countries. Taking BLM as example of force and solidarity. To give a dignifying chance of Palestine to become a country. Pressure them to make a peace pact! At this point nobody has reason. Sign me in to love parades. Tired of the dramah

Sorry to burst your bubble it's not like this at all. A genocide is currently being done to Palestinians in Gaza. An ethnic cleansing is happening to Palestinians in Jerusalem. Colonialism is expanding in the West Bank. And you think this is just a little "dramah" that can be solved just like that? The world should hold Israel accountable for its atrocities and crimes and then talk peace and justice.

The Israeli government and the nazi mobs are going on full genocide mode. There are no talks and peace before they are convicted and out on trial for what’s happening

Im with u babes. I'm really all against what Israel has been doing since it was created. What is occurring are war CRIMES and  it shocks me to see the Occident static as us writing on this forum.

then again, that is why I feel we should have demonstrations all over the world. Srry if it felt like I was minimizing the drama tho

edit- cause I feel the important struggle is for the peaceful coexistence of both, and to Palestine have the opportunity of having a fair opportunity of determination and future
