Those who get the most praise like RedOne and Fernando only worked on two albums then cut ties. DJWS had the most longevity and range out of all of her producers. It seems like kind of a weird question to say, "Which one brought out 'GAGA' the most?". Also, what does "GAGA SOUNDS" mean?
