I love that album cover so much but I remember fans going crazy here thinking it was a joke or a "Judas betrayal".  I still can't believe she managed to use that for such a big album, she really is the boss.

It's like her face was put on a random stock photo of a motorbike.

And the font is so Windows 98

It's a take on Iron Maiden covers in the digital world.

it was only the first time i saw it that i disliked it, it fits so well with the album's music. sometimes things will look tacky and "bad" on purpose, its one of those cases. it manages to not look cheap or bad, its campy, grunge, something you could see from a metal band. it was gaga at her peak. i cannot imagine a single celebrity on earth who could pull this off
