If we count rereleases (which should be counted as well, if we count remixes that strictly speaking are not on the original album), Katy did it as well, but as mentioned above she wasn't the first one.

That’s exciting, him and Dua share a similar trajectory 2019-now, showing how to make an album last. People won’t remember they had flop singles/remixes, just overall they were huge eras  said 1M times already but I wish Gaga would just release more content, whether or not it does well

Honestly, Katy‘s record was more impressive since she managed to have 4 #1s with original single versions from Teenage Dream 

(minus the #1 singles E.T. featuring West and Wide Awake)

This is how an album cycle should be in the streaming era, the 3 to 4 singles concept is not a thing anymore, Gaga should definitely follow this trajectory in the future

I dont think re-releases should count anyway cuz its not a fair comparison

 

Its much harder for an older song from an album releases for a while to go #1 whereas in a re-release those new added songs will be new and fresh

 

While nevertheless still an impressive feat accomplished by Katy, definitely not the same thing imo
