Tamisha has a point, both her and Rupaul are contemporaries, why does everyone treats Rupaul with such delicacy, people act almost scared to offend her, yet the same people are so easy to read Tamisha for filth?

Tamisha would SWEEP Rupaul on the main stage if this was the 90s, and even today, with chemo, colostomy bag and her chronic condition. She deserves the same respect, if not more, that Rupaul gets on a daily basis.

This, this is it.

People who don’t get Tamisha I don’t think understand exactly what she’s been saying.  She is a queen that was a queen when it wasn’t as accepted or celebrated, she can dance, she can sew and does sew everything she wears.  She’s quick, she’s funny... she is literally one of the most talented and diverse queens the show has ever had and she has ex winners reading her for not having the “prettiest gown” when these baby gays have spent thousands and thousands on clothes?  What takes more talent, making a garment or just wearing one?  Tamisha was that bitch, is that bitch and will forever be that bitch and the little ones need to learn to put respect on her name.

In what world is RuPaul treated with delicacy or respect? He’s treated like a villain.

The Drag Race fandom has more negative things to say about RuPaul then they do about any queen that has been on the show. He is the butt of every joke, and subject to every critism you can imagine.

Search his name on Twitter right now and you will find thousands of tweets picking apart every aspect of RuPaul’s character. Reading him for not being in drag, reading him for lackluster performances in drag, reading him because his husband fracks, for questionable make up choices, reading him his past comments about race and gender, reading his music, reading his catchphrases and spirituality.

And in spite of all those critisms, RuPaul has given a platform to more queer people of color, like Tamisha, then any other person in television history.

Tamisha is a great artist, but let’s not forget who is responsible for creating an economic and cultural boom surrounding the art drag, a boom that is allowing Tamisha to reach an audience that didn’t know she existed a year ago.

Deadass- I don’t know what Tamisha brought to the show besides her “experience” and the drama she started with Kandy. Maybe the motherly persona? We all know the average RPDR fan age is like 3 years old now.

Her looks were objectively bad, so you can’t blame Monet for doing her job. She’s just a overly sensitive and negative person, I guess.

Well she basically implied that she could beat Symone if it was just a single camera, unedited. Which seems quite insecure and thoughtless. Symone was and is a force.

Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time.

Yeah I stopped watching after “are you really black?”

She’s just hurt and egotistical. Just be confident and unbothered

Gurl please, majority of gays never even heard of her until she went on drag race. Earn what spots exactly? Y'all putting too much credits for her.

Girl you think you’re a drag fan but you’re just a drag race fan. Tamisha  Iman is a drag ICON.

Also the fact y'all trying to push the narrative on why RuPaul is more praised is dumb af :lmao:

Like, isn't it obvious why?? RuPaul didn't stuck on those obscure drag pageants circuits or go go dancing in clubs all her life, he actually elevates himself, he find himself a major record deal, a talk show deal, a movie deal, A MAC campaign deal, find himself a Mathu Andersen to better her visual. He helped to normalize drag to the regular people and the mainstream. With all of these things that he did, how dare RuPaul being more praised than Tamisha, who the only stuffs you can know of her from the past are potato quality recording on YouTube despite her being Ru's contemporaries right??!!

Please :lmao:

There’s something called the internet hun, I’ve been watching her videos for years now. Her drag daughter is also legendary. Even if you didn’t know her, denying her iconic status is just dumb. Drag does not equal drag race.

Sorry but no, being forever in the scene don't automatically make you a legend. Being forever in the scene and actually become household name outside your community is. Learn the difference.
