Me too. Bradley also has two major lead roles this year, one is Nightmare Alley and the other would be his Leonard Bernstein biopic which he also directs himself. Imagine if Bradley and Gaga win Best Actor and Actress in the same year Bradley is considered long overdue so it'll be a lot of celebration if it happens. mamo 15,678 Posted April 28, 2021 Share Posted April 28, 2021 i think as a fanbase we need to pace ourselves - we haven't even seen the trailer yet or anything. as much as the anticipated oscar buzz is great and drawing a lot of attention, it's also worth noting that what gaga is up against this year is super competitive. I think we need to not expect too much from early awards season predictions as they usually are way out of depth. yes, gaga got an oscar nomination for her first leading role in a film but we also need to remind ourselves of how quick people get on the hate train etc it won't be long until people start jumping on the bandwagon and calling her overrated/a bad actress etc although i'm sure she'll prove them wrong. edit: also it's worth noting ridley scott is hit/miss with his films which will play a determining factor. you can serve it to me ancient city style...
