And the video? Simple but allowing the song to speak for itself. I just think Perfect Illusion deserves more love tbh. It felt like it was so out of left field when it came out but it's grown to me one of my faves. That key change for the last chorus? Heavenly. Her ex-management, and also to certain parts of the "little monster" fan base. Those who don't like it are usually part of those certain few... That bridge is everything. The only thing that I donât really like about it, itâs the video. Way too fast, and those lights are a bit annoying.
