She still doesn’t get that you don’t have to have Celiac disease to be gluten free, be on a “diet” or diabetic to eat low sugar/sugar free, or be vegan to eat vegan foods. Also, the foods aren’t advertised as “eat this is you want to be skinny”.

Omg she sounds kind of nasty here :wtfga: people are allowed to go on diets and eat diet foods if they want to

can someone pls give a quick rundown of what happened?

Demi went to get frozen yoghurt and there were sugar free cookies on display, the amount of diet stuff was such a problem for her that it caused her to spontaneously combust and go on a social media rampage calling out the company to do better and is now backtracking because everyone told her she made herself look like a fool

I wonder how she feels when she's walking in the grocery store past the diet options.

"You're in the wrong and the customer is always right" -- Spoken like someone who has never worked a service job before :flop: Customers are full of sh*t all too often! Gosh she really rubs me the wrong way, seems to act so entitled

The world doesn’t revolve around you Debi.  We all have struggles, we are right to speak out on them but attacking someone is something we don’t do.  What about the person on the other end of that account?  What about the staff at the store now dealing with the fallout?  What about the owners who could lose their business?

The business doesn’t need to label who a sugar free biscuit is for.  It’s none of YOUR damn business why someone wants to buy a sugar free biscuit.

Imagine how lucky she must be if some sugar-free cookies in randon yogurt store is her biggest life problem

Lesson of the day: You don't need to immediately post your thoughts about everything and anything on social media.
