Battle 4 Ur Life 5,823 Posted June 8, 2021 Share Posted June 8, 2021 I’m listening to it because I freaking need and deserve this. but I just shared on twitter that my 90’s chip is literally not processing this album. it’s so introspective and beautiful. it’s too early to claim my favorite because I literally relate to every track so far. but on Flowers when she said “I think it made me stronger but I would rather not betray myself just to keep your love at any cost” B* I FELT THAT! wtf that hit too hard so, yeah, I basically cried. the lyrics are too much for me. Faves upon my first few listens: Venus Fly Trap New America Highly Emotional People The singles HOWEVER…I think this will be one of those albums that my fave will rotate the more and more I listen. Critics loved TFJ, hated EH, LOVED FROOT, hated L+F, and so far, seems like they're gonna love this one Also, the fact that Electra Heart was better received critically nowadays, compared to release.
