For reference, the best example I could find of tv ads on regular tv is something in the corner of the screen or along the bottom like this while another program is playing up top. I dunno I feel like this is an era that she can revive as many times as she wants clearly and people will still be hyped to eat it up for the most part haha. I know she's off filming and things, but I'm sure there are some things the producers could still release once in a while, she doesn't really need to be in person unless it's for an MV. And knowing Gaga's release schedule we won't be getting another album or a new era for a long while yet so I'm sure she can fly to and from Chromatica a few more times in the future.
